After getting a little promotion in my present company my job profile has been changed. Now I used to handle the Project Execution (Planing, Designing, Managing, Installation), Presales work on UTM/Firewall, Surveillance, Network designing and started recently on cloud activities.

Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems. Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation. Maintain client databases with up to date solutions and clear record of activitiesServe as the lead and escalation point for all aspects of desktop support. Develop and manage effective and workable frameworks for managing and improving IT support in the organization. Develop and mature escalation process and procedures to ensure seamless support for IT customers. Improve user awareness of IT services, by coordinating all training, documentation, and communication initiatives.Developing processes and policies for incident management and implementing them.
