Manages scope, time and resources of large scale, complex projects • Facilitates identification of project or program risks/issues, develops and assigns responsibility for mitigation actions, manages mitigation plan. Refines project management methodologies for quality and project or program risk management. Identifies operational risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.• Create top level development plan according to planning progress, align development with cross functional dependencies and project risk. Instil sense of urgency, drive team debate around key issues and risk while keeping big picture and long-term targets in mind. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.​• Engaging with the team and unblocking them in their daily tasks. Diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem remotely, which frequently will require re-creating a virtual version of the system environment used by the customer. Performing testing and analysis to evaluate the solution for the discrepancy.• Confer with supervisor about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed modifications. Prepare a report as per the quality analysis. Write a brief description of the problem on the product ongoing manufacturing order to help the operators locate the problem.• Keep the team, team updated on the changes in the market and competitive situations and activities on monthly basis. Operate as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with ac-counts, stakeholders and internal partners. Tracking of partnering activities• Working closely with the team on the process development in order to gain positive customer experience. Managing the lead generation team to acquire new and lost customers. Ability to drive process improvements
