• Overall end to end Responsible for Markets, Personal Banking , Business Banking and SEPA Portfolio. (Qualification till implementation)• Responsible for the Qualification/verification of new Projects into the portfolio. Co-operate with TSM-Lead on qualification of RFS'• Within a portfolio context, ensuring the quality of inter-company relationships. • Managing all functions of the Project Life Cycle including initiation, requirement finalization, scoping, estimation, resource & risk management and execution control.• Exception conditions and plans / implements corrective action where appropriate e.g. Working at Risk (WAR) for Solutioning and Implementation. • Responsible for the timely and appropriate closure of Solutioning and Delivery of projects• Portfolio Focal for necessary customer billing • Ensure that project adhere to Compliance and Service Activation standards & Quality• Ensure the successful completion of the projects within the portfolio through the achievement of milestones and deliverables within the scope, agreed budget, timescale and quality standards. • Optimum utilization of project resources assigned to portfolio (current).• Contribute to the professional development of Project Managers assigned to the portfolio. • Work with Transition manager to fully understand the projects to be delivered as part of transformation i.e. project work scoped during transition and to be delivered after transformation stage is complete. • Recommendations for process, procedure, and tools improvements• Ensure Peer to Peer reviews of qualified projects (defined in PM handbook)• Providing periodic status report to both client and Internal management.• Supporting procurement of Hardware and Infrastructure essential for Project delivery.
