1. In charge of managing the execution of the ECE Scheme as per the policy.2. To suggest the best features processes and improvement in the delta system.3. Responsible in maintaining the smooth functioning of the ECE scheme on the technical front and supporting customer at every stage of the ECE process. All notification are send out as per the certification cycle, such as reminders, warnings, added benefit notifications4. To ensure all request and queries from members are responded to efficiently or escalated to the director of Certification for solutions5. To be accountable in the operational activities and special projects in Certification Department targeted towards members.6. Ensure that membership fee activities are carried out without any errors.7. Ensure verification activities are carried out properly.8. Responsible of tracking all delta related activity and status of members at all times.9. Responsible for executing suspension and revocation projects, the correct status of a member is displayed at all times. Revoked members have no access to the delta system10. Responsible for maintaining and suggesting event categories on the delta portal11. There are no outstanding tickets for more than 2 working days under the Delta/ ECE/ Membership categories in Zendesk.
