I have over 8 years of experience in the Genesys platform, having previously worked as a Genesys IVR Engineer at United Airlines and a Genesys Developer at TransUnion. In these roles, I contributed to improving the customer service and satisfaction, reducing the operational costs, and enhancing the security and compliance of the IVR systems. I hold a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwestern polytechnic university, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
