Manage and Lead the team of 36 people including Suppliers, working on Industrial Flow Simulation and Industrial MBSE. We provide the digital solutions for Airbus Industrial systems to optimize and improve the performance.

- Lead the Flow Simulation team (Discrete Event Simulation). Simulation of Airbus Hangars and plants and providing recommendations to improve the operation efficiency.- Lead the Industrial MBSE team, Providing the MBSE solutions for Airbus Industrial systems.- Project Management, Resource Management, Supplier Management, Budget Management.

- Lead the Simulation and frameworks team as Domain Lead. 30 people team including Internal and Suppliers.- Providing solutions to Simulation and frameworks using my simulation expertise and Aircraft knowledge.- Defining Activity roadmap, Budget Management and Suppliers Management.- Mentoring people on project management, Aircraft Simulators and Software development.

- Lead the Versatile Simulator for Airbus Programs SA/LR/A380- Lead the AC0 Simulator for Airbus Programs SA/LR/LR NEO/A380- Lead Simulation R&D projects to improve and bring hormonize in Aircraft Simulators.- Integration of Aircraft System Models and Simulating Complete aircraft behaviour.- Defect Analysis, Verification and Validation, Performance improvement of the Simulation.

- Lead the team for versatile Simulator and AC0 for Single Aisle- Aircraft System Model Integration and Verification & Validation.

- Development of FMS for Airbus Programs A380, SA/LR, A350 and A400M- Human Machine Interface (HMI) Development from Architecture to Deployment.- Flight planning and Guidance development.
