Business process modeling and analysis, requirements gathering and meaningful documentation of current business processes, interpersonal, investigation and analysis skills• Organized and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Standups, backlog grooming, impediment removal, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review & Retrospective operating in 2-week sprint• Responsibility of conducting the detailed investigations, analysis and evaluation of functional and non-functional, technical and general requirements, identifying the issues, risks and benefits• Generating PIDs, BRDs, conducting Workshops, Implementing Investigation Techniques, Cost Benefit Analysis• Responsibility of consolidating requirements engineering undertaken into a formal business case and submitted for consideration by customers and stakeholders. End to end ICT Business Analysis working across the SDLC. Supporting design and development of systems and processes. Working with stakeholders at every level of the organization, relationship & engagements management, ensuring delivery of the business case development is aligned to strategic / operational goals• Understanding customer behavior meticulously to develop varying plans to gain prospective customer confidence• Responsible for Utilizing industry standard frameworks and methodologies to support the business in achieving their desired outcomes• Assisting quality team with functional scenarios, reviewing the test plan, conducting user acceptance testing, presenting the completed stories to clients
