• Recruit technical and non-technical consultants via Internet search, Boolean searches, referrals, cold calling, advertising and prospecting.
• Identify quality consultants from Internet search using job boards like Dice, Monster & Carrier Builder and Social media recruiting like LinkedIn.
• Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings. Negotiate compensations and maintain acceptable gross margins.
• Classifying Exempt & Non-exempt positions and proficient in Pay rate, Bill rate, Markup & OT calculations.
• Experience with Account Management, Team Management and Delivery.

• Analyze IT requirements and identify quality consultants from Internet search using job boards like Dice and Monster, Carrier Builder.
• Screen consultants based on job description, checking consultant’s in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, behaviorally attributes, job history, geography, ability to travel and other relevant.
• Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Calling and Scheduling interviews for the Direct Client requirements, utilizing low cost recruiting methods to source, qualify and assess candidates for Contract and Full-Time.
• Managing the recruiting process including initial contacts, prescreening, and interviewing candidates of varying levels and classifications (i.e. salaried and non-salaried applicant reviews). Conducting thorough.
• Conducting phone screen of the candidates to assess skill sets, employment history, and salary expectations and interest level and then communicate that to the Account Managers.
• Providing candidates with the benefits information.
