My experience is in technology and operations. I spent the early part of my career in the automotive industry and later with technology startups. Over the years, I have helped businesses become efficient and effective. While I am passionate about technology, I always apply the filter of appropriateness and applicability before considering a technology-based solution. At the same time, I also experiment with new approaches which are essential for discovery. This exploit-explore method has served me well.The following are some of the initiatives that I have been involved with in the past - - VR/AR Tech: Introduced innovative mixed-reality based ideas to solve business problems. In particular, the solutions made a difference in the sales and training functions in the real estate, manufacturing, and other domains. - autoDX: Lead the roll-out of the national level electronic data exchange standard for supply chain integration of the entire industry. The initiative involved the development of a data exchange standard and the implementation of technology to enable adoption.- Digital Transformation: Developed a comprehensive technology road map for the auto industry. The purpose of the roadmap was to transform the industry by way of appropriate technology interventions. The study looked at various technologies that will have a material impact on the future of the industry.
