Governance & Public Policy, Sustainability & Climate change Professional with diverse academic background working across Technical, Management and Development Consulting.Presently working as a Chief Consultant at a deemed government technology consultancy organisation - APITCO, Hyderabad, India, I specialize in developmental planning, policy analysis, programme monitoring & evaluation, project formulation, management & techno-financial appraisal, feasibility studies, and work across key domains viz. sustainability & climate change, energy, environment, technology & innovation, MSME Development & Clusters, food & agri business, NPA resolution, governance, public policy & administrative reforms, investment analysis and promotion of tourism, industrial & urban infrastructure PPP projects. During last 30 years of consulting & research experience, I have been closely working with central and state government ministries; regulatory agencies, banks & financial institutions, urban development authorities, municipal corporations, ULBs, multi-national corporations, public and private sector industries and have led consultancy projects funded by multilateral development organizations viz. The World Bank, ADB, UNDP, GEF, UNIDO, USAID, GIZ, AUSAID, JICA, DFID and kfW. I have worked as a Senior Fellow at a leading governmental research organisation, NEERI-CSIR, Nagpur, and at the S & T Ministry's technology mission and policy agency - TIFAC, New Delhi. I have taught Technology Assessment & Systems Dynamics at the School of Data Science, DAVV, Indore; Technology Management to BITS-Pilani MS students and was associated as a retainer consultant in sustainability & climate change services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mumbai. In early years of my career just after school I entered into my family business in industrial engineering and manufacturing of machinery pre-requisites and spares. My academic background is in geography at graduate level, environment science, futures studies and planning with specialization in technology management, and systems science engineering & decision sciences as electives, development studies, public policy & governance, energy management, economics with finance & political science as electives as post graduate level, and finance & economic policy at doctoral level.I share my experiences with various government and corporate officials through guest lectures at conferences, workshops & training programmes, and also have been a member of technical & project review committees with several ministries.
