Hi, I’m SriniI am a Growth Marketer by profession and a musician by heart.I started working as a freelance marketing strategist since 2018, right from the first year of my college when I understood that computer science is not my thing. Back then, I worked with some of the most interesting startups from different parts of India. Most of them were small scale B2C and B2B service sector startups and most interestingly some were digital-only businesses where I got to experiment different digital marketing techniques right in the beginning of the era when digital-only businesses started to boom.However, I fell in love with marketing quite later when I started working with different product sector businesses that deal with people on a day to day basis. My only priority at this point was only learning and experimenting different things.The Covid-19 pandemic gave me the time and mental space to work as a marketing strategist with different marketing agencies as well. Trust me, I worked with some of the coolest bosses who mentored me and structured the way I work .When everything seemed cool, I reached that point in my life where I’ll have to figure out my thing in life. I had certain worst experiences in my career which I later felt that they happened for the better.However, hurdles didn’t stop me from experimenting and trying new things.In less than 2 years, I served over 15+ clients from India and outside India as a freelance social media marketing strategist.Later in december 2020, I decided to start my own digital marketing agency that could help brands experience digital transformation. That led to the start of Dexpo Digitals - the digital transformation agency with a small team with a lot of creative energy. Within a short span we worked with over 20 clients and the number would be a little more while you are reading this.There is a point where I started feeling I must not just stick to one thing and must keep experimenting with other things that could drive me crazy. 10 years down the line you can find me working with media, fashion or product industries.Some of the key takeaways from the journey so far are:* One must never stop learning at any point in life. There is always something to learn even from the odds.* Our time is our biggest investment.* Figuring out is a continuous process.
