Spearheaded the development of a SharePoint/Power Apps portal for the Ontario Government, enhancing the efficiency of Covid Temporary Wage Enhancement claims. Led the implementation of endpoint management for mobile assets and the deployment of an ITSM tool, improving service desk operations. Developed and executed Power BI enterprise reporting dashboards, delivering critical insights to C-suite executives and departmental managers.

Led CDIC Compliance Phase 2, overseeing software development and system changes to meet new regulatory requirements. Utilized SAFe Agile methodology, managing a 40+ person cross-functional team with JIRA and daily SCRUM sessions. Coordinated with multiple vendors and business streams, including IBM, Oracle, and Cognos Data Lake, to ensure seamless integration across various account types. Supported the change management team in planning and adopting updated systems.

Led and managed the selection and implementation of advanced biometric systems and technologies to provide the police services (Peel Police and York Regional Police) with force-multiplier capabilities. This included organizing, and leading the hands-on evaluation of these advanced technologies, and designing the tactical and operational processes to support the deployment of these technologies in the field. Successfully completed the United States FBI Biometric & Threat Training (BTT) for facial comparison and identification; this ensured that I was able to successfully lead field officers in the process of validating the selected systems and designing the required operational processes.

Led the revamp of all Real Estate Investment systems including building a B2B portal for exchange of transaction data between property managers and HOOPP, Upgrade of MRI, Implementation of Cougar Real Estate Investment Portfolio Management system.

Led and managed implementation of Sage CRM, and Business Transformation of the examination process of OREA Real Estate College. Architect-ed custom examination system. Implemented LMS (D2L, Moodle) for the college.
