 Steering complete business operations in South India including set up of business processes and generating business from P&C, EB & Finex. Singlehandedly expanded the non network accounts of WTW with several new accounts brought in including those of Marsh India  Spearheading new initiative from 2011 to develop the SME/Direct to Market segment & create a business stream quite apart from the Global & Network accounts of Willis & establish new avenues for the Direct Non network & non global relationships  Lead key Strategic Initiatives to develop new business acquisition opportunities to enhance market penetration and forge alliances for business expansion, consolidation, profit generation and deeper market penetration Recorded an individual broking revenue of INR 7.50 crores in 16-17 Credited as the largest contributor to business in the South India. Acquired 45+ high profile new accounts in less than 3 years across diverse sectors such as IT, Power, Publishing, Manufacturing, Jewelers, Shipbuilding, Finance, Manufacturing & Infra. Was personally credited with bringing in the Chennai Metro TBM ( Tunnel boring Machines) in 15-16 & 16-17 with a Revenue to WTW of appx INR 1.75 Crores Ideated personalized insurance solutions for Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering & Construction Sectors for local as well as Global clients Streamlined internal processes & help put in place the WEM (Willis Excellence Model) of compliance  Administering the “Willis Global Network” client portfolios in India efficiently Overhauled the client’s portfolio and also provided strategic advice w.r.t., renewal, extensions, adequacy of coverage etc.  Aggressively negotiated and closed several large deals in Corporate Life Insurance including Group Gratuity, Group term, EDLI.

Asia Pacific, Middle East & Saudi Regions

 Spearheaded BD operations for Insurance Testing services and finalized entire location related infrastructure.  Set up operations in the ME, KSA (Dubai, Saudi Arabia & Bahrain) & APAC region including Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & Thailand and opened up liaising channels with ROC, Immigration authorities & local partners.  Made Tie-ups with channel Partners across all locations for Visa, Infra, Referral, Projects & Strategic relationships. Concluded partner tie-ups with leading SI’s in Indonesia & Malaysia Recorded sales of US$ 2 Million within first 6 months of the Insurance practice launch in Dubai, Bahrain & KSA. Solely converted 8 new Insurance accounts in Dubai, KSA KL, Jakarta & Singapore and attained contracted sales of US$ 3 million within 4 months of taking charge.  Commenced Insurance training program with a Leading Malaysian University  Obtained Maveric’s first half a million dollar insurance deal along with a large Takaful Insurer. Carried out academic tie-up with a premier Academic body for inputs in Takaful Insurance domain. Made bid for one of the largest Insurance projects in the Malaysian Govt.  Administered entire Sales in India along with the responsibility of the Principal – Insurance CoE & acquired 15 new clients in 3 years & transformed it into a profit center in 3 years. Acquired clients including United India Insurance Co, SBI Life, SBI General, IDBI Fortis & Allianz Cornhill in India besides Brit Insurance, Lumley General Insurance, Whittington GI, Zurich, Hartford, MCIS & Al Jazeera outside India.  Felicitated with ‘one of the Outstanding Employees of the Year’ award in Maveric’s annual event “Bohemia”.  Finalized a 1 year exclusive Testing partnership with TCS for product testing of the Bancs application out of Kolkata. Closed contracts with Insurance clients in locations from UK to KSA to Middle East Member of the Insurance Professionals’ Association & Insurance sales Leadership Forum for APAC/ India

 Handled regional business operations in ROTN markets - Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem & Madurai Finalized formalities for the exit of Chubb from India & the entry of Ergo with no impact on business. Recruited BDM’s for each location in ROTN. Attained highest business revenue in the region for Chubb & Ergo duly accepted by the underwriter - a record for an underwriting centric insurer  Received the highest performance rating in the annual appraisals for the South  Conducted training sessions in- house for new recruits Clinched in several areas of underwriting which Chubb does not write by providing compelling reasons to do otherwise. Rewarded with the “Outstanding Commercial Lines Head” for 06-07 By HDFC Chubb General Insurance Co.
