Document and define the scope of work with the test and success criteria’s. • Work along with the account team to periodically review the accounts, projects and create an action plan for the month/quarter.• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire F5 product range• Track and present new technical developments to assist the account and sales team to identify new opportunities • Create quarterly channel workshop plan with sales, pre-sales and technical workshops for partners• Create technical channel plan and a dashboard to keep track of partner skill matrix, certifications and demo units.• Regularly engage with the distributors to keep track of their channel activities, POC’s, training and implementations.• Create local webinar’s and news letters to update the channel on the latest product updates and features• Plan and organize annual techXchange to gather the best technical resources in the channel to share roadmaps and live demo’s.• Provide official F5 (LTM) Local Traffic Manager trainings for customers and partners Show less
