- Managed KHUSHII's Teacher Development Program - Manobal at KHUSHII NGO, reaching 8000+ children with mental health and SEL curricula. Manobal aims to equip teachers with key SEL skills and knowledge related to mental health to help build positive classrooms. - Built the capacity of a network of 50 + school counselors and program staff- Facilitated the trainings sessions with ~200 government school teachers and ~100 preservice DIET teachers - Along with developing the program framework, I also led the development of all program modules, and TLMs including a teacher handbook, and a comic book to support learning.

- Co-developed the Certified Orientation Course on Nonviolent Communication by GSDS, Ministry of Culture, GOI- Co-authored the reading material for the course featured on the United Nations website- Conducted sessions on Nonviolent Communication at Galgotia University, Bharathiar University, and other training institutes with 500+ adult learnersMy contribution to this course explored the overlap between nonviolent communication strategies and psychology, and how this overlap can be leveraged to enhance communication skills of diverse populations, across different domains and settings.
