My primary responsibility is to design, implement and support customer business-centric solutions. I work closely with the practice lead, sales team and Servicenow in customer acquisitions.• Collaborate with the Customer teams to gain an understanding of business objectives, scope, risks, change process, and quality goals• Understanding Business requirements from key stakeholders by leading product/process workshops in defining to-be processes.• Provide technical input and feasibility to process and platform design during the workshops• Maintain project governance artefacts• Estimating the effort required and planning effective project execution• As a member of steering committee, consulting clients on long term project execution• Configure the ServiceNow platform• Ensure continuous Knowledge transfer to resources by training and mentoring• Research and propose solutions to issues identified• General testing and assurance activities. • Demonstrate product capabilities to CXOs, Business owners and other key stakeholders.• Playing key role in responding to RFPs and RFIs
