  • Following up of Inbound and Outbound Shipments across the globe • Track, monitor and update shipments in the Company (AAMRO) portal • Key Account Management to be taken care with utmost importance • Ensure process adherence and follow - up with delivery team to provide realistic ETA to Clients and their customers • Work with the warehouse to process, pick and dispatch orders on time as per clients KPI. • Work in a fast-paced environment and handle emails and calls to execute the deliveries on time • Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. • Communicate with vendors and customers for the smooth operation. • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, performed physical counts etc.
