Spent the first year doing the following:-> Enabling and assisting the implementation teams at Vera with queries on the Product.-> Being the first point of contact for clients on Standard Support.-> Collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams on troubleshooting issues and coming up with resolutions for bugs and Product/Platform limitations.-> Driving meaningful input to the Product team and roadmap.-> Worked on market research and early strategy for building out Vera's client experience portal.

Worked as a Solutions Consultant for Simplivity, HPE's hyperconverged storage solution for enterprise clients. I was a Technical Consultant working on coming up with solutions for issues faced by clients post the deployment of the product in their environments.

Managed the implementation of the company's customized learning program(STEM) in a cluster of five schools. Responsibilities included:-> Meeting regularly with the school managements, teachers and parents to review the course of implementation and quality of delivery.-> Delivering training sessions for teachers and coordinators on the curriculum and new modules.
