Throughout tenure led and provided support to 34 hospital Security Managers/Directors in MI, AL, TN, MA, SC, FL and TX. Provided as needed support to our 545+ Ambulatory Surgical Centers and 1000+ Physician Practices. Support included physical security issues, incident management, workplace violence investigations, security staffing, vendor management, Security Awareness training, risk assessments, and ensuring consistent implementation of corporate security policies and practices. Drove enterprise field security retention initiatives and built and fostered government agency relationships to stay current on fraud cases and global threat concerns. Additional responsibilities included being the lead special investigator in division with investigations centered around fraud, theft, threat assessment management and partnering with Cybersecurity on cases. Also had responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual data analytics around division investigations.

Secondary responsibilities were to partner with sites and organizational leaders providing guidance, support and/or direction on situations related to potential threats such as workplace violence, and environmental or electronically communicated threats.
