About Sean Liddle

An experienced project and program manager who over time migrated into the logical offshoots of policy and program development and the resulting oversight. A subject matter expert in areas of legislative interpretation as it relates to Health, Safety, Security for both the natural and building environment. Has overseen, performed and completed near seven hundred and fifty Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, numerous Phase II contamination delineation projects and resulting subsurface soil and groundwater remediation projects, running multiple assessment teams across Ontario and Canada simultaneously. Following changes to the needs of clients, became a specialist in areas of indoor air quality, asbestos, designated substances and general occupational health and safety, and security, over time becoming a certifier of asbestos/designated substance removal contractors. Has written numerous HSSE related processes and policies for use in municipal and provincial government operations and workplaces as well as academic papers on the history of the DGSE, the Red Army Faction, Terror Weapons and Tactics and the 22 July Terror Attacks in Norway. Currently a subject matter expert/specialist with Infrastructure Ontario, continuing studies in counter terrorism and political violence while working on new academic assessment overview of means to assess and manage the security of government and private facility portfolios at the micro and macro levels.
