Migration and Merge Coordinator of Global Active Director Project for South America working closely with main project members in United States, with responsibilities to raise and audit the conditions of IT environment, improving and fitting company’s AD into Microsoft best practices, keeping it organized and ready to changes during the project. Project main objective is to join all segregated AD structures of each branch into one Domain, centralizing company IT Management and Security in an orderly way. Act on Project tasks planning, defining and publishing the schedule with company executives, creating communication plans to all company members in order to keep them informed about all aspects of the project. I also helped on other South America Countries Migration as Argentina, Chile and Peru, providing appropriate information for pre-implementation and support the operation.I was also responsible for improve virtual environment using VMware vSphere 4.1, reinstalling properly Vcenter Server.

Responsible for management and support of Intel servers under care of IBM Brazil, ensuring the proper working of them, avoiding impact (Financial and Operational) for International customers. Responsible for design and building of High Availability clustering environment and distributed power on virtual environments using vSphere 4 and 5 from Vmware. Responsible for building, management ans maintaining of Active Directory structure as well other Microsoft Products as DHCP and DNS. Also responsible for design and structuring of Microsoft networks, virtual LANs and its security.

Responsible for Support and Management of Customer sales software (RMS) at United States, and fpor maintain the application synchronized with all necessities, providing a effective service without impact. Responsible for complex system configuration on several servers, required for support on customer software. Main Supported systems: Unix Solaris, Micrososft Active Directory, Oracle Data Base, HP Open View, Dameware.

Responsible for assisting IT projects maintained by CPqD, raising necessities, risks and solutions techniques to the project and customers, adapting to ITIL standards of IT service and Project Management PMBOK. Also using modeling tools as MS Project, RUP, UML and Rational Rose.
