As a Site Activation Manager at Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute (RMMFI) CDFI: I lead and coordinate a team of six to provide business resources, training, and support to low-income entrepreneurs and communities throughout Colorado. I have over 16 years of experience in international marketing, sales, project management, and economic development, working in diverse sectors and countries, such as Chile, Spain, Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador.I hold an MBA in Marketing and Sales Management, a Master's degree in International Trade and Commercial Policy, a Certified Public Manager Program certificate, and two Postgraduate Diplomas in Social Marketing and Project Evaluation. I am also an Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC) and a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) candidate. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese. My strengths include excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of global trade, market research, business process outsourcing, and corporate social responsibility.
