Adriana Madrinan is a Business Strategy and Innovation Consultant, passionate about the economic impact that small businesses can have on communities. She has trained and coached CEOs, business owners, and senior executives in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, business models, and innovation at StartUp FIU Local, SBDC at FIU, Community Fund of North Miami Dade, Miami Bayside Foundation, Branches, and Renaissance Executive Forums.Besides, Adriana developed the StartUP FIU Local Incubator Curriculum that became the cornerstone course for the Entrepreneurship Center since 2019, where she is the Incubator lead presenter and trainer. Throughout her career, she had the opportunity to work for global companies such as Starcom Media Vest, Monsanto, British Petroleum, and Whirlpool. While at Starcom Media Vest, she was the Regional Media Director for Mondelez, Avon, Mead Johnson, Brown-Forman, and Visa for Latin America.B.A. in Industrial Design, an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Strategy, and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications.
