I have over 20-years senior management and leadership experience leading change and delivering improvement in Scottish Government and wider public sector. I lead an improvement team who coach and mentor applied Quality Improvement (QI). Together we have (not limited to):• helped reduce carbon emissions in healthcare• lifted children out of poverty• improved the experience of vulnerable children and women having to go through the criminal courts, and•. helped over 1,000 people apply QI in their public roles.
