I have over 20-years senior management and leadership experience leading change and delivering improvement in Scottish Government and wider public sector. I lead an improvement team who coach and mentor applied Quality Improvement (QI). Together we have (not limited to):• helped reduce carbon emissions in healthcare• lifted children out of poverty• improved the experience of vulnerable children and women having to go through the criminal courts, and•. helped over 1,000 people apply QI in their public roles. Prior to joining the Leading Improvement Team in 2017, I authored The Digital Strategy for Justice in Scotland and have led some of the most significant reforms to the structure and process of criminal justice in the country.I am a Non-Executive Director of the Institute of Continuous Improvement in Public Services (ICiPS) and founding Gateway Reviewer in Scotland.My qualifications:• Executive Masters Degree in Public Services Management• Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM)• MSc. in Construction (with Facilities) Management (with distinction)• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 30-years experience in project and programme managementBSc. in Quantity Surveying (with distinction)
