Stephanie Schaefer, Ph.D., is a policy and data analyst, trainer and teacher. As Director of Schaefer Consulting, she provides expertise on policy, research, and advocacy to nonprofit organizations and government contractors. She brings a breadth of experience in early childhood education, having worked for 30 years in the ECE field at the national, state, and local levels. She possesses a depth of expertise on early childhood development and early childhood systems and policies, as well as practical experience working in the classroom with young children. She provides research expertise to government contractors and nonprofits, performing data analyses to support evaluation of education programs.
