Appointed to lead a multi-faceted project aimed at building and introducing a global, uniform recruiting model. Served as a key member of Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.Key Contributions:- Evaluated all existing models then co-developed and introduced a single global recruiting model replacing other models supporting countries in North America and EMEA. Model adoption, using industry best practices, led to capability to apply consistent service level metrics across the enterprise and improved operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieved desired first-year cost efficiencies, successfully managing assigned project deliverables on- time and on-budget. - Succeeded in helping a new team develop full capabilities and deliver results quickly, leading to early credibility and increased client acceptance utilizing change management and internal consulting skills. - Ensured all regulatory and compliance objectives would be met following project installation, training a new team on country specific policies and regulations along with company's compliance excellence values. - New COE team achieved consistently positive satisfaction feedback and increased utilization as a result of planning and executing a comprehensive pre-go live communication and learning effort with all stakeholders.
