Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master
Current• As a tribe leader, in-charge of managing a team of local and offshore developers and project executives.o My tribe specializes in delivery of bespoke and content management system (CMS) based web development projects, with a focus on delivery using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).• Project management for website/ portal revamp, design refresh, CMS migration and fresh development projects for government agencies and private sector clients.o Websites are built on Sitefinity or Sitecore CMS, are hosted on government’s Content Web Platform (CWP) and cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS).o Project team comprises of UI/UX designers, front-end and back-end (.NET and CMS) developers, business analysts, project executives and test engineers.o Activities related to security testing, performance testing and for any applicable compliance e.g. IM8 are performed for/ prior to system commissioning. o Projects are managed using tools such as MS Project, Jira and Trello.• Manage application maintenance and support services (AMS) to ensure agency websites are secure and functional.o Remediation of static source code analysis (SCA), vulnerability assessment and penetration test (VAPT) findings reported by scanners such as Checkmarkx, Fortify and Nessus.o Google Lighthouse auditing for compliance with performance, SEO, accessibility and best practices metrics.o Broken links scan and auditing of documents using tools such as Screaming Frog SEO Spider and Xenu Link Sleuth.o User account and log review on monthly basis. o Incident, problem and service request (SR) management to ensure service availability as per SLA.• As part of PMO, playing advisory and mentoring role to improve project management and service delivery processes, to interview candidates, to conduct performance reviews, do productivity review, manage any escalations and resource planning for and across projects.• Assisting the business development team to work on and present proposals for tenders (RFQ/ RFP).
