Bank was awarded “The Asian Banker Achievement Award 2015” for Technology Implementation in the category of Best Outsourcing Project (New Bank).- Prepared Wipro’s Service Improvement Strategy for a large banking account.- Developed software procurement framework for the largest bank in South Africa (ABSA Bank).

- Led Core Banking implementation for Discover Bank, a Digital Bank in US Led complete turnaround in the program in 5 months Implementation has simplified bank’s processes and improved customer servicing- Led RBCZ Bank’s core banking transformations in Europe with a team of 300+ resources with 12 million USD annual budget. Key achievements were: Increased productivity by 100% + through leadership changes, resource realignment, continuous training and by executing principles of Management By Objective;- Implemented Zuno Bank Digital Banking roll-outs across countries in Europe. - Led largest core banking transformation in Union Bank (California), US for two years as Program Manager. Managed, along with offshore leadership, 250+ team members across US and India with high employee satisfaction and sub 10% employee turnover.- Led completely outsourced Greenfield digital bank initiative in Europe for a US based financial institution (GMAC). Led 100-member team for creation of first Bank-in-a-Box solution for digital banking, which included Core banking, CRM, Internet banking, Call Center, Document Management, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Regulatory Reporting solution; and architected end to end digital business processes for the bank.- Built Finacle e-banking, Finacle Mobility and Finacle CRM consulting practice with 20-member techno-functional team.

- Member of Core team responsible for launch of one of the most successful Greenfield bank in India.- Led Treasury implementations;- Led Internet Banking (Flexcube) implementation for Retail & Corporate Customers;- Managed core banking solution for corporate customers (Flexcube Corporate);- Led Payments Platform implementation for Corporate Banking (Cash@Will); and- Planned Contact Center launch.

- Member of mutual fund operations unit, which managed MF scheme operations via branches and Registrar & Transfer Agents.- Worked along with external consultants (Mckinsey) on Business Process Reengineering of UTI’s operations. Created blueprint for Call center, digital and branch reengineering.
