Current• Developed efficient statistical algorithms to co-register high dimensional Mass Spec images with stained anatomical images for enabling more informed downstream analyses (e.g. classification) • Designed differentiable and efficient computation of mutual information to enable back propagation • Designed workflow to isolate various morphologies from Mass Spec images, register individually with anatomical image, and stitch the transformations together • Developed code for implementing custom layers, training loops and training schemes in TensorFlow
