My job responsibilities included supply ordering and inventory, publication mailings, correspondence, assisting with event planning including, but not limited to, our Annual Convention, Access Database administration, and calendar organization. I consistently worked closely with all staff on various projects. I was responsible for the filing and storage of contracts. I was the administrator of our education department; tracking all registrations, updating the database, determining invoicing and communicating with our education companies. I was involved in several departmental offerings of the association, including the TEAM Future Bankers, ICBM/ICBA Education Seminar Series, the Debate Minnesota Foundation and committee and district meetings. I was responsible for all Board of Director packets; creating, organizing, proofing and assembling for all Board of Director meetings. I was responsible for implementation and execution of all office machine maintenance and contracts.

I worked as office assistant and bookkeeper in spouse-owned business. I was responsible for A/R, A/P, W/C, general ledger, payroll, phones, filing, faxing, correspondence and organization of annual company events.

I worked as the bookkeeper in local apartment complex office for main accountant in Boston office. My duties included answering phones, A/R, A/P, payroll, Federal taxes, Workman's Compensation, collections, faxing, filing, and weekly ledgers for main company. In this capacity I worked with Yardi Accounting Systems. Also, I worked as a consultant on company tax issues after the main accounting was taken over in the Boston office.Before 1991, I worked in several jobs in the hospitality industry. Various restaurant and lounge positions, Scenic railway tour operator and hospitality desk. Entry level to management in same.
