S. Sathyanarayanan is a stellar at formulating operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organization norms. He provides support for overall IT requirements of the organization on service delivery and support including managing the infrastructure, network operation centre, application softwares and other IT Infrastructure. Organize and manage resources for projects & incidents including creating work breakdown structure, project plan, contingency plan & schedules within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. He identifies opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and ensure compliance to service quality norms. He interacts with the management & team to facilitate smooth communication and delivers as per customer requirements.

Sathya was overseeing capacity, service levels & IT service continuity management.. He maintained functional requirement specifications adhering to standard compliance. He analyzed the change impact and created & implemented the change management strategy with a structured methodology for the change management levers including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, vision statement, training plan, resistance management plan, maintaining momentum. He provided guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.Sathyanarayanan proficiently improved operational systems, processes & policies in support of organization’s mission, assisting in better management reporting, information flow & management, business process and organizational planning. He drove efficiency and operational improvement through business process definition, system alignment, and optimization of standard business application functionality.He assessed and improved the data centre with proper server sizing and load distribution on the application server, whereby improving the overall performance of the ERP System. He implemented the Business Continuity Policies for the organization with almost near-to Online DRS.Sathya as a technical leader Spearheaded Migration from JDEdwards to SAP ECC 6.0, to centralize business operations of all the four Business Groups and a sister concern under the single operating platform. Leading the MRP Team, Sathya optimized the Procurement, Inventory and Production operations of the organization.As a technocrat, Sathya contributed to a continuous innovation and up gradation of existing technologies with respect to I.T. This includes, Supplier Portal, Dealers and Customer Portal for their respective self service. Implemented Product Lifecycle Management Tool (Windchill) for their Automotive Division R&D Department.

S. Sathyanarayanan acted as a Technical Team Lead and a Steering Committee Member for SAP and mySAP, handled the implementation of R/3, BW, CRM, APO, WP modules of mySAP. He successfully planned the LAN/WAN setup for Data & Voice communication for over 30 locations using VSATs (both PAMA and TDMA), leased line and ISDN circuits. He played key role in Hardware / Network sizing and procurement of all servers (HP-9000 L Class), desktops and communication network for SAP implementation.S. Sathyanarayanan planned the development of customized solutions for GAPs without affecting the Go-Live dates and managed finalization of workarounds for the successful implementation of enterprise solutions. He performed extensive in-depth requirement analysis including data and process analysis and GAP Analysis with varied business groups to ensure that the system initiatives were documented. He managed process improvement, end to end operation management and monitored status of active incidents for timely & accurate service delivery; troubleshot the issues, identified root causes, resolved and notified users
