Working with an amazing team within the e-commerce industry I was responsible for handling customer queries and making sure that no customer leaves unhappy, or worse, disappointed.I was also responsible for monitoring the daily order fulfilment rate and ensuring there are no late dispatches. While in the role I enjoyed leading a project of retraining the customer service staff based on series of training videos that I recorded and response templates that I produced. I was also a part of other brand-enhancing projects such as website re-design and breathing new life to old listings on the marketplaces the company dealt on.

In this role I was responsible for the quality control of plastic mouldings prior to despatch. Working against set standards and communicating issues along the chain with possible solutions to make the process better.
