I manage resourcing for all of the department's clients, utilizing a team of 20+ onshore and offshore resources. I serve as third-level technical escalation for our team, and am frequently involved in the departments largest and most complex projects.

I manage a small team of analysts that implements Medallia software for clients to measure customer experiences. This includes programming surveys, determining sampling frequency and methods, enabling data flow between multiple systems, and creating dashboard reports for various roles at client companies. I am the technical point of escalation for the team and enjoy working as the technical project lead on large projects. In addition to learning the technical side of Medallia, I am also familiar with customer experience principles and the importance of NPS, and strive to create programs that allow clients to derive actionable insight from the Medallia platform.
