Partnered in design of two multi-million dollar remodels including a viewing tower, suspended deck with pool, and conditioned-space indoor swimming pool.Full Contracting Services for two and one-half story highly-custom half-million dollar home in central Austin. Deed restrictions necessitated amending of permit to comply. Designed, permitted and contracted two secondary residences in south-central Austin for leasable space along with numerous remodels. Permitted and built residence-attached airplane hangar at Lakeway runway requiring strict building code compliance and received Lakeway Building Committee's approval. Negotiated changes based on revised budget to fulfill project goals.
