 Coordinated about 10 projects from the initial phase to completion without going over the budget. Worked as the PM for a project and completed it within timeline and budget, received a quick-thinking award.  Developed the project plan & timelines and managed the team’s performance of project tasks using JIRA. Coordinated and interfaced with functional and technological partners across the organization during project execution. Reported on status communication, including status reporting, risk management, etc. Written user stories, created swim lane diagrams and mockups to convert requirements into actions.

IT Change Manager: Jul '12 – Mar '16 Defined and implemented the business case for the Change Management process for the client Walgreens.  Set proper Key Performance Indicators to measure the Change process. Led change management activities such as the IT Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB). Awarded the “Best Team Award” twice for working together with other verticals of IT Service Management. Spearheaded the implementation of Service Now Change & Release Management modules for Carlsberg. (2 months)IT Procurement Manager, IT Service Continuity Manager: Jul '12 – Oct '14 Evaluated suppliers and secured purchase deals via a lease or a one-time procurement in addition to integrating the asset management database with the configuration database.  Coordinated with facilities managers in Data Centers for testing IT equipment and environmental control systems.  Received an on the spot award for assisting in the integration of HPSM, AMDB & CMDB.  Maintained the Configuration Management Database and created relationships for all CIs.  Classified, created relationships between CIs and linked them to change records when impacted.

IT System Administrator: Sep '11 - July '12 Applied operating system updates, patches and configuration changes. Appreciated as one of the best incoming students during training, moved to this role based on the training. Monitored system logs, detected and troubleshoot any reported problems. Controlled system access and security aspects of critical servers. Executed basic command shell commands in adherence to the change management controls. Worked in tandem with the command center to resolve any issues as and when found.
