I am also certified in Genetec, one of the leading providers of security solutions in the market.Before joining CISS, I worked as an Avaya Technical Support for 12 years, where I implemented and maintained various Avaya products and applications, such as IP Office, IPOCC, Equinox, and more. I also have a strong background in Nortel and Meridian systems, which I installed and maintained for more than four years at MCS.
