My career is built on IT leadership in delivering solutions in the fintech domain, chiefly working in Citibank for a total of 18 years and AIG total 5 years. My long tenure in Citibank and AIG gave me a good grip of the Business, IT and Operational aspects of a typical tech solution.Highlights of my work include, Fintech solutions in o Retail (Issuer solutions and multi-Channel payments including UPI)o Wholesale payments (Cash management, POBO, COBO and virtual accounts) and o Wealth management (Investment, Loans, Family office and Trust solutions for High net worth individual).  E-Business digital direct marketing implementation for AIG insurance. Client Relationship and Account management as part of Delivery governance.I am currently working as Delivery Head in Financial Software Solutions, Chennai, a 30-year-old products company in the fintech space, as a full-time employee in a leadership role. I have good exposure to delivery governance, customer relationship and account management in Payments Tech industry across a portfolio of products and clients in India and middle east. I am looking for roles that leverage my expertise and knowledge in the Fintech domain from both IT and business perspective. My career highlights.In addition to my fintech exposure, I had opportunities to work in allied cross functional roles at various points in my career. I accepted these roles as I strongly felt they firmed up my overall understanding of business, operations, and technology. Highlights of cross functional work are, 1. Designing and implementing cryptographic solutions in banking2. IT Global Architecture function operating out of the USA.3. Full suite Identity management solutions delivery for Citibank and AIG.4. Third party IT security risk management governance (cyber, data and privacy) at Citibank handling a portfolio of ten offshore vendors in India with a workforce of over 100000. 5. Revenue and cost focused Business process re-engineering, tool-based process and controls governance, handle associated transformation and change across enterprise functions.I was flexible to work across geography,  I worked in USA and Singapore with long trips for implementation assignments to Middle east, UK, and Spain.  In India I have worked in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Calcutta and on short assignment in Delhi.
