2006-2010 Reported to the SVP Development and Alumni Relations, accountable for the development, implementation and revision of strategies to attain Principal level gifts from a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals with institutional or multiple interests. These were developed through leadership relationships and a new International Development Program. Created a new portfolio of 550 prospects in 57 countries from a pool of 7,500 international patients from 120 countries, ultimately focusing on 150 individuals and families in over 30 countries. Traveled extensively internationally, averaging eight trips to 23 countries annually. Approximately $70M generated from international donors including the largest cash contribution in the history of the Institution.2001-2006 Reported to the VP Development and Alumni Relations and the Director Principal Gifts Development and Alumni Relations, accountable for the development, implementation and revision of strategies to attain Principal level gifts from a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals as well as the planning, development, and implementation of campaign structure and all operational matters for the $2B campaign. Established high performance metrics, budget preparation and financial tracking, human resources, gift processing, communications, and stewardship. Served as a member of The Fund’s Senior Management team, the VP Development and Alumni Relation’s Principal and Trustee Group and the Johns Hopkins University Board of Directors, Principal Gifts Committee. Managed team of 70+ major gift officers through a dotted line reporting structure in a matrix management environment.
