• Migration of the Learning Management System (LMS) from Hosted Services to their In House servers.• LMS consists of 3 Application Servers, MSSQL Server, File Server, and an SMTP Server• Install a Virtual Load Balancer to control traffic between App Servers creating a redundant environment.• Integration of the Student Information System (CampusVue) into the Learning Management System (Blackboard Learn).• Troubleshoot user’s problems over the phone and remote in to their computer using applications such as GoverLAN or Logmein and are able to solve the problem.• Utilize Event Viewer to find the root cause of different problems that arise• Provide support to different departments in the building such as Financial Aid, Career Services, Admissions, Credentials and Registrar.• Use of Windows Server 2008R2 and 2012R2 to serve a Domain Environment, DHCP, Print Services, and Policies to the Faculty, Administration and students.

• Migrate 12 POP/IMAP Mailboxes into Office 365 and currently manage their exchange server.• Configured every user’s outlook with the exchange server and also upload their old PST Archives they provided.• Setup a cloud solution for 12 users in the company so they can collaborate with their files.• Upgrade hardware on their server and also installed and configured Windows Small Business Server 2011• Scheduled daily backups to be performed on the server and also off site using Mozy.• Build an infrastructure including a Domain Server, DNS Server, File Server, Print Server, Exchange Server, and Remote Connectivity Service using ScreenConnect.• Build a Cloud Storage/File Syncing Server, using an Open Source software on a HP ProLiant Micro Server with RAID 10 capability, Versioning, Sharing and Collaborating Files.• Secured the servers using Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security Services.• Installation of SonicWALL Firewall/Router and setup the DNS, DHCP, Static IPS to their respective service, Firewall Rules etc.• Offsite Backups using an a VPN software to a server hosted in a different location that was physically installed.• WordPress and MySQL migration to a different host server.• Build multiple websites for different small businesses
