Gallup Strengths Finder results= Strategic, Achiever, Learner, Ideation, InputI have led a blessed life with a variety of business, coaching, and teaching experiences. I was first exposed to the Gallup Strengths Finder test in 2010. Our entire school's staff and students took the test as part of our journey in creating our student run grocery store. This is a real store built from the ground up with approximately 3500 sq ft of classroom and groceries. This is a unique approach to education and I'm extremely proud of the work I did to be part of something this wonderful. Professionally, 2013 was a big year for me. I completed my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. After 5 years of work, we had the grand opening of the Circle C Market, complete with a visit from Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman. I took the Accelerated Coaching Course to become a Certified Gallup Strengths Finder Coach. I love the classroom. I am inspired by my work with students at the grocery store. I am becoming obsessed with helping people understand their strengths and intentionally improve their lives via a strengths-based approach to all areas of life. Understanding personal strengths and those around you will improve both personal and business relationships. Taking the Gallup Strengths Finder test is just the first step. Gallup Strengths Finder coaches help clients understand the test results and then improve performance in all areas of life by focusing on strengths innovation and integration.
