I have more than 15 years' experience working as a marketing and business development professional. During this time, I have worn many hats, including: client and vendor relationships; business development strategy; attorney coaching and business development planning; digital strategy; event management; B2B Marketing; communications; industry research and analysis and team leadership. Since 2014, I have worked for Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, one of Canada's top law firms. As Senior Manager, Client Relations & Business Development, I manage firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives, as well as supporting plans for the firm’s U.S. Initiative, data privacy & cybersecurity, securities litigation, and investor treaty arbitration practices. I recently helped launch a U.S.-focused subgroup of the firm's highly successful Women's Initiative; and lead the firm's strategic relationships for the Association of Corporate Counsel and International Bar Association.
