I am a hardworking, ambitious , team player who enjoys taking on responsibility. I enjoy working with others and helping them to realize their potential and I fully believe in a hands on approach. I have excellent Customer Service and Communication skills when it comes to customers and staff in all scenarios. I have good problem solving skills due to working in a fast paced environment requiring me to be forwarding thinking at all times. I always try to strive and achieve the best I can in all I do. Throughout my working experience I have gained a great deal of core skills that transition well into many sectors. From IT skills, providing top level customer service, people management skills, complying to regulations and procedures to integrating into a team to achieve high standards, hitting targets set.In my spare time I enjoy catching up with family and friends. I'm a keen decorator and handy around the house and I also enjoy doing different crafts. I ride a scooter and enjoy taking trips out on it with fellow riders and I'm also an animal lover who has 2 cats.
