This was achieved through excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathic understanding and leading by example. In addition to the responsibilities noted under the Supervisor role above, general responsibilities included:• All HR-related administration, resolving interpersonal conflicts, including conducting informal meetings, investigations, and disciplinary and dismissal meetings.• Recruiting staff members, including administering all legally required paperwork, training employees, and providing and receiving constructive feedback.• Taking ownership of working within strict budgets and deadlines.• Ensuring excellent customer service by managing customer experience at all levels. • Dealing with and resolving customer complaints to ensure all stakeholders' satisfaction and maximise return customs.
