Develops and maintains relationships with federal clients and strategic partners, including shaping new opportunities, troubleshooting operational issues, and growing existing contracts through add-on scope expansion. Leads business development, capture, proposal management, solution architecture, strategic planning, and market research. Oversees the capture and proposal lifecycle including goal setting, lead generation, teaming strategy, solution architecture, workshare negotiations, staffing planning, technical response, price-to-win analysis, level of effort development, and pricing. Obtains and oversees multiple GSA schedules and other federal contract vehicles to enable the company to grow its federal market share. Plays an integral role in the development and/or implementation of training and change management programs for numerous federal government clients, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, AmeriCorps, Internal Revenue Service, Food and Drug Administration, Administrative Office of U.S. Courts, and more. Founding member of the LSI Executive Committee providing corporate strategic planning, strategic growth goals, corporate culture, and direction of the company. Authors training plans, communication plans, change management strategies, quality management plans, and technical and business proposals. Previously managed the creation of LSI’s corporate branding, marketing and communications strategy, including, website, corporate overview presentation, interactive marketing demonstration, corporate overview information, case studies, brochures, and online messaging. Participated in the screening and interviewing of business development and operations personnel. Serves as a liaison between the business development and operations departments. Serves as a client advocate maintaining client relationships through the project lifecycle.
