National Child Welfare Senior Consultant (On Behalf Of Annie E. Casey)
Current• Leverage a career in leadership to direct program design, strategic planning, outcome design and national initiatives to help agencies and communities achieve enhanced results for children and families• Engage Executives at child welfare agencies throughout the country to provide expertise on child welfare practices, program design and reform efforts with a focus on race, equity and inclusion• Build strong relationships with jurisdiction leaders through direct consulting that enhances front line services, data management practices, workforce planning and outcome measurement systems• Drive the conceptualization, planning and implementation of complex programs in many jurisdictions, including numerous counties in Colorado, Georgia, Washington DC, Tennessee, Rhode Island and Baltimore • Cultivate partnerships with AECF staff and national consultants to ensure jurisdictions have access to effective models, strategies and policies; preparing detailed analysis and updates to foundation leadership • Establish and maintain positive relations with key contacts, state leaders, public officials, residents, organizations and other stakeholders to promote child welfare improvements
