The project initiative was focused on recruiting candidates for our newer executive, high-profile clientele across the U.S. Assisted with A/B testing to improve overall recruitment strategy and processes.

➤Held the responsibility of a Hiring Manager for the Peninsula TheKey branch. I was the sole recruiter for this location where I managed the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and conducting orientations for qualified home health aide professionals for the Peninsula bay area.
