Accounts Receivable for The Home Depot, HD.com, The Home Depot Canada, Your Other Warehouse, Target, and Target.com.To ensure Liberty Hardware is getting a return on assets by analyzing accounts and keeping them in good standing. * Collects and resolves invoices and deductions on accounts. * Maintains records and keeps accounts in good standing by analyzing and interpreting financial reports, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.* Resolves buyback issues by analyzing returns versus customer claims.* Responsible for researching deductions for shortages, pricing errors, freight charges, and returns.* Print, maintain, analyze, and resolve account chargebacks. * Analyze and prepare monthly reporting on accounts as well as mail/email customer statements.* Works closely with Customer Care and Sales to provide customers with all documents necessary and to resolve all issues on invoices. * Interprets available information to recommend changes for accounts.
