Designed, established and led the site’s first department solely focused on delivering upcoming product initiatives and capital programs. Internally hired, transitioned and developed 8 technicians and 3 managers to complete the organization design. Facilitated all Charmin new product initiatives to develop and execute multi functional plans and schedules. Responsible for identifying and coordinating all interface points between Product Supply (Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics), Marketing, Consumer Market Knowledge, Product Development, Products Research, and Legal in the course of the initiative launch.Led an average of 13 initiative plans including major Charmin re-stages, flankers, line extensions and cost reduction projects.
