Serves as lead Account contact supporting Creative for brand innovation, luxury wines, private brands, and international. Works as a strategic partner to design and brand leadership, approaching business challenges through the lens of current consumer and industry trends. Leads high priority, complex projects with high visibility and multiple creative touch points. Served as the creative lead in Gallo’s acquisition of 34 brands from CBI (Aug ‘19 - Jan ‘21), overseeing the onboarding of terabytes of digital assets while providing strategic recommendations to the core marketing workstream. Led packaging and activation work for top incoming brands such as Black Box, Clos du Bois, and Mark West. Continually drives process improvements for opportunities discovered through data analysis and/or team feedback. Leads a team of six, providing monthly development check ins to prioritize mutual feedback, coaching, and assistance with goals or other development opportunities. Advocates for the resources that set the team up for success. Serves as co-president of enABLE, Gallo’s ERG focused on disability.

Served as single Creative point of contact for brand activations, packaging, and identity work across top tier wine brands at the popular and commercial premium price points (e.g. Barefoot Wine & Bubbly, Apothic, La Marca, Dark Horse). Supported the development and testing of new brands such as Prophecy, including naming and brand narrative work. Served as a core team member in new products scrum, helping to establish ways of working as we implemented agile methodologies across the organization. Participated in Gallo’s first integrated marketing planning pilot, partnering and coordinating efforts among internal creative and several external agencies. Served as creative SME for internal reporting, analyzing project data and making strategic recommendations about staffing shifts to meet demand. Managed and developed a team of two.

Project manager for packaging, point of sale, and photography work on Gallo’s premium brands. Owned relationships with brand marketing and shopper marketing, serving as a liaison between Creative and other cross-functional departments. Led onboarding and relaunch of several super premium brands such as Brancaia, Edna Valley Vineyard, and Columbia Winery. Served as first Account Executive on a newly established team dedicated to POS for regional or account-specific needs. Led major overhaul of Workfront templates and custom fields to reduce user frustration and improve reporting.

Managed high volume of quick turn, low complexity point of sale and collateral design projects for over 30 wine brands. Served as core team member in LSS project to overhaul our coupon creation process, reducing coupon lead times by ~75%.

Planned complex, multi-day events for groups of 20-300. Coordinated enrollment and onsite hospitality support for over a dozen multi-day wine training programs per year. Provided administrative support and KPI reporting to the Senior Director of Hospitality.
