Initially provided the basic legal framework to get this start-up company operating. Invited to join the company as in-house counsel and provided all legal support as the company positioned itself in the market. Served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel and was a member of a team of 12 attorneys that provided comprehensive legal advice to all divisions. Core focus was with the Private Banking Group where I provided legal guidance in the servicing of client accounts.
